Ava was hunting, swimming, retrieving, and honoring other dogs on point as a four month old puppy.  She has a very strong point and incredible prey drive.  Ava out swims every other dog we own.   She also has a very loving sweet temperament.  We have hunted quail, grouse, chukar, pheasant, and ducks with Ava.  She is a Ash/Ravin Daughter and is the fourth generation of our lines in our breeding program. All the puppies from her litter share the same hunting instincts and temperament.

Ava earned her ACK Junior Hunt Title and NAVHDA Natural Ability Prize III at just over a year old.  She became a Certified Therapy dog and earned her AKC Canine Good Citizen Award before she was two years old.  Ava spent almost a year doing school and nursing home visits, as well as dog demos.

We have a planned litter out of Ava in mid February 2010.  She is OFA Excellent and has passed the CERF eye test.
